Baseball & Softball try to Submit in Olympiad 2016

Baseball & Softball submitted to Olympiads 2016 . They had scheduled to represent in front of IOC (International Olympiad Committee) on 14 November 2008. With another five sub-sport delegation Golf, Roller Skate, Rugby, and Squash struggle each other to join in Olympiads 2016. They had to meet 16 person from Olympiads Committee 2016, and they pointed by Olympiads Committee.

Baseball & Softball is not new sub-sport in Olympiads, both of them had match since 1996 ago, before they failed to attending in London 2012 because they cannot get full support from voting.

ISF (International Softball Federation) told that they would do the best for Softball as the first step to back in Olympiads.

China get three winners in Hong Kong Super Series 2008, they can proof their domination in Elizabeth Queen Stadium, Hong Kong on Sunday November 11th 2008. Xie Zhongdo and Zhang Yawen as double mix match give China first medal. They defeated South Korea mix pair Lee Yong-dae and Lee Hyo-Jung by 2 sets, 21-14, and 21-16.

China get one medal from man single Chen Ji that gives his medal after defeated Lin Dan by three sets 21-9, 9-21, and 21-17 in final. He very proud after defeated Lin Dan, this is not only to get a medal, but he very proud to defeat the first rank man badminton in the world.

The last medal gave by double women Zhang Yawen and Zhao Tingting. They win with two sets from Cheng Shu and Zao Yunlei 21-14, and 21-13.

From four chances to get medal for China, single woman Xie Xingfang get lose from Hong Kong Wang Chen by 16-21, 21-10, and 10-21. Xie predicted as a winner in this match.
